PROGRAM MISSION:

To help clients move past the basic needs with a personalized plan for success.

Food pantry and emergency services staff work with clients to provide stabilizing services. Once stabilized, the clients can begin working with case managers to:

• Develop a self-sufficiency plan
• Determine what resources are needed to meet the goals of the plan
• Access resources
• Enroll in Adult Education classes
• Enroll their children in our after-school program

The case managers will support and follow clients from entry into the Wilkinson Center process to one year past graduation from our programs.
